What we're looking for:

✔ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master's is an advantage)
✔ 5+ years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, digital transformation, or process improvement
✔ Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma, or business process modeling methodologies
✔ Experience gathering business requirements, performing gap analysis, and delivering strategic recommendations
✔ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

⭐ Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile are an advantage
⭐ Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Jira, Visio, or Microsoft Azure DevOps
⭐ Ability to lead workshops, mentor junior analysts, and manage multiple client engagements
