Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Toronto, ON
Duration: 24 Months (Hybrid)

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
·       Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, and stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business requirements.
·       Translate risk management and operational resilience processes into clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria, with guidance from senior team members.
·       Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization activities by preparing and organizing requirements and documentation.
·       Conduct basic gap analysis and support impact assessments for new features, enhancements, and regulatory-related changes.
·       Assist in tracking deliverables from initiation through completion, ensuring requirements are clearly documented and aligned with business needs.
·       Prepare clear and well-structured materials, reports, and updates for team members and stakeholders, with opportunities to develop presentation skills over time.
·       Support user-facing activities including troubleshooting issues, responding to inquiries, managing tickets, and delivering product demonstrations.
·       Partner with QA teams to support testing, validate functionality, and ensure requirements are met.
·       Facilitate or support workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and clarify open questions.
·       Monitor and help report on progress, risks, and dependencies across the product lifecycle.
·       Perform data analysis to support requirements development, issue investigation, and decision-making.
