I’m currently recruiting for two exciting contract opportunities with a B2B technology organization and a well-established not-for-profit. If you have experience in demand generation or business process analysis, I’d love to hear from you!

📍 Location: Remote (Canada) & Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

🔹 Director, Demand Generation (Contract)

💰 $80–$100/hour CAD | 1-month contract (strong extension potential) | Remote
• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience in demand generation or growth marketing
• Hands-on experience across multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, paid, webinars, content)
• Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
• Proven ability to work closely with sales teams to drive pipeline growth
• Ability to assess current marketing activity and quickly improve performance and conversions


🔹 Business Process Analyst (Contract)

💰 $50–$75/hour | 2–3-month contract | Hybrid (Toronto – 1 day/week onsite)
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process mapping, or process improvement
• Strong experience facilitating stakeholder interviews and cross-functional discussions
• Skilled in documenting current-state and future-state business processes
• Experience developing SOPs, RACI matrices, and workflow documentation
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements across teams
