🚀 Urgent Contract Opportunity at RealTek Consulting,-Senior AI Engineer
📍 Toronto, ON – Hybrid (Hybrid – 3 days/week in-office preferred)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI Engineer to join a Technology Strategy team supporting transformative AI initiatives. This role will focus on designing, building, deploying, and operating advanced AI systems that improve customer experiences, increase automation and straight-through processing, and accelerate digital transformation.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG/GraphRAG, Knowledge Graphs, AI agents, cloud platforms, AI integrations, CI/CD, observability, and enterprise-scale AI deployments.

You will work closely with business and engineering stakeholders to deliver AI solutions that are accurate, explainable, secure, scalable, and production-ready.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
7+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3+ years focused on AI/ML solutions.
Strong hands-on experience developing and deploying LLM-powered applications and Agentic AI systems.
Experience with Knowledge Graphs, GraphRAG, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and hybrid retrieval.
Experience with modern AI frameworks and orchestration tools.
Strong knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Experience developing APIs, agent interfaces, microservices, and distributed systems.
Strong experience with CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, infrastructure automation, and DevOps.
Experience with production monitoring, logging, observability, and operational support.
Knowledge of AI governance, evaluation methodologies, responsible AI, and AI safety practices.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
