AI Engineer / Developer

🚨 Hiring: AI Engineer / Developer (Anthropic Experience Required) 🚨
📍 Location: Toronto, ON, Canada (Hybrid Onsite – Local Candidates Only)
📅 Duration: 1+ Year Contract
We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer/Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying Machine Learning and Deep Learning solutions in production environments. Candidates must have strong experience working with Anthropic AI / Claude LLM models.
✅ Required Skills:
• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience developing ML/DL models in production
• Advanced Python programming skills
• Strong expertise with Generative AI frameworks and architectures
• Deep understanding of RAG, Agentic AI frameworks, context & memory management, and tool integration patterns
• Experience with LLM architectures, fine-tuning, inference, and deployment
• Hands-on experience with Anthropic Claude models, including code generation capabilities
• Strong knowledge of embeddings, re-rankers, and vector databases
• Expertise in ML experimentation, evaluation, monitoring, and optimization
• Solid foundation in algorithms, data structures, and distributed computing
• Experience supporting sales intelligence workflows or client-facing AI use cases is a plus
• Passion for leveraging AI-first approaches to improve productivity and business outcomes
